Education- B.E. in Electrical or Diploma in Electrical
Experience Required – 6–12 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing setup
Job Location-Kelawade (Near to the Khed Shivapur)
Key Requirements :
- Manage maintenance of factory machinery including printing machines, power presses, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Handle PLC/CNC-based machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Oversee installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Maintain maintenance records and ISO-related documentation
- Develop jigs and fixtures to improve efficiency
- Carry out machine modifications and upgrades
- Suggest and implement improvements in production processes
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supervise maintenance team and ensure effective communication
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Experience with PLC/CNC machines
- Knowledge of ISO documentation and maintenance processes
- Good leadership, communication, and supervisory skills
- Ability to handle troubleshooting and improve machine performance
- Proactive approach towards safety and process improvement
