Education: MBA (HR) / MPM
Experience: 8+ Years, preferably in Manufacturing
Job Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune
Key Requirements:
- Manage manpower planning, recruitment & selection
- Develop and implement HR policies & procedures
- Manage PMS, appraisals & employee performance
- Identify training needs & conduct training programs
- Handle employee relations, rewards & incentives
- Manage attendance, wages & salary administration
- Handle HR budgeting and related activities
- Stay updated with the latest HR practices & ensure implementation
- Support management in achieving organizational & workforce goals
- Strong HR knowledge
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Leadership & people-management skills
