Education: MBA in HR
Experience Required: 8 to 10 Years
Requirements:
- Manpower Planning, Recruitment & selection Procedures, PMS, Various HR Letter Drafting.
- Identify training needs & formulate & conduct training programs.
- Updating knowledge on latest procedure in the HR Field as well as other Management areas & passing it on the organization.
- HR Policy & Strategy formulation & implementation.
- Implementing Appraisal System
- Reward & Incentives, Budgeting Knowledge
- Manufacturing industry knowledge.
