Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Executive with knowledge of recruitment, manpower planning, PMS, HR documentation, and training & development. The candidate should have understanding of HR policies, file management, and employee engagement activities.

- HR letter drafting and file management
- Training and development coordination
- Knowledge of HR policies and PMS
- Manufacturing industry exposure preferred
- ISO procedures / Audit knowledge
- Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
